Step 1: Book Your Party & Invite Your Guests

Choose your date and location, then gather your favorite women for a fun, interactive color experience. Parties can be hosted in your home, church, boutique, or salon.

Step 2: Discover Your Best Colors

Each guest receives an express color analysis using the 4x4 Color System (16 Seasons)® to determine which colors work best with their natural coloring.

It's an engaging experience filled with discovery, conversation, and the excitement of seeing everyone's results revealed.

Step 3: Receive Your Customized Color Palette

Each guest receives a personalized 60-color digital palette via email, providing clear direction for shopping, getting dressed, and everyday style choices. (Guests may also purchase a physical color fan.)

How to Book Your Party

Hosting a She’s In Season™ Color Party is simple & stress-free!

Schedule Your Party: Use my online calendar to schedule a quick call so we can discuss your event, answer questions, and choose the perfect date for your She's In Season™ Color Party.

Invite Your Guests: Gather 3–6 women for a fun and interactive color experience where each guest discovers her best colors. You'll receive a digital invitation to share by email, text, or social media. (Guest counts for boutique and business events may vary.)

Confirm Guest Registration: Once your party is booked, I'll provide a registration link for your guests. Each guest reserves her spot and pays online—no money handling required on your end. When 4 or more guests register, your express color analysis is complimentary as my thank-you for hosting.

How many guests can I invite?

Most parties work best with 3 to 6 total women for a 2-hour event, so you can invite up to 5 guests (you’ll be the 6th). This allows enough time for each woman to enjoy a personalized experience. Hosting at a business, boutique, or salon? Guest numbers can be flexible—just reach out and we’ll plan it together!

What is included in the express color analysis?

Each guest receives a 15-minute professional color analysis using the 4x4 Color System (16 Seasons)® to determine their undertone, main season, and sub-season + a 60 color digital color palette - all for $97. It’s a fun and eye-opening experience that helps women see their natural beauty in a whole new light.

What if my guests or I want further styling support or to get a physical color fan?

At the party, each attendee has the option to purchase a physical color fan for an additional fee. This tool makes shopping, dressing, and choosing makeup even easier!

How do I prepare my space for the party?

All you need is a comfortable space to gather. I’ll bring everything else! A dining room, living area, or boutique seating area works beautifully.

I’m a business owner—can I host a party for my customers?

Absolutely! Whether you're a boutique owner, salon, or wellness provider, color parties make for an engaging and memorable customer event. Schedule a chat to discuss options and guest capacity.

Do you travel to my area?

I’m happy to bring She’s In Season™ Color Parties to you. Travel within 40 miles (one-way) of Mount Carmel, IL is included. Beyond that, there’s a $0.70 per mile fee (one-way), up to a maximum of 60 miles from my location. I’ll let you know the exact amount before booking so there are no surprises.
